The Village Spa would like for your visit to be as enjoyable as possible. Please make note of a few of our policies so that your time spent with us will be a pleasurable experience.

Payment
Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash are accepted. A $25.00 fee on all returned checks will be assessed.
Appointments
To ensure that you may receive the time of choice and designer, scheduling ahead for appointments is preferred but not always necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Because your spa and salon services are reserved for you, we confirm appointments 24 hours in advance. Any appointment not cancelled within 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the valued service.
Late Policy
Clients arriving 10 minutes or later to an appointment may be asked to reschedule.
Children
Our goal at the spa is to maintain a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service.

Spa Treatments
Please arrive 15 min. prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to change and relax in our lounge. Sip on some tea, soak your feet or just close your eyes and dream. This is the time to rejuvenate yourself.
Wedding Parties
Our salon and spa is the perfect intimate setting for your special day. Our staff of professionals can assure you that we will create a beautiful and lasting memory for your wedding. We have a wedding coordinator available to help you with the planning and scheduling of your bridal party and to assist you the day of your wedding. Please ask a salon coordinator for a wedding brochure, and if you have further questions we will be happy to assist you.
Gift Cards
Are you looking for a special gift? Our gift cards are available in any dollar amount, package price or specific service price. They can be used towards any service or any product and are a great gift for any occasion. Please ask a salon coordinator for further assistance.
