The Village Spa's philosophy is really quite simple. We believe in putting our guests first. We try our very best to accommodate every individual need and taste. Our staff has the education and experience to provide the highest level of service in a fun and comfortable environment. As soon as our new guests walk in the front door, they realize that we are not a typical day spa or salon. We are located in a historic carriage house and we have made that house our home. Whether someone is enjoying our cozy fireplace on a cold winter day, or a cold beverage on our deck in the spring, they feel completely relaxed.

Professionalism is another aspect of our philosophy. We care about our guests very much and we strive to maintain a professional atmosphere. This includes continuing education for all technicians, respecting our guest's schedules by performing services in a timely fashion, and maintaining the cleanliness of our salon. We strive to resolve any conflicts to keep our guests happy.

Cancellation Policy

Because your spa and salon services are reserved for you, we confirm appointments 24 hours in advance. Any appointment not cancelled within 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the valued service.

Late Policy

Clients arriving 10 minutes or later to an appointment may be asked to reschedule.
